Who we are

SharGenie operates this website at shargenie.com. For privacy questions, email support@shargenie.com.

Information you provide

When you submit a project enquiry, we receive the details you enter, which may include name, email, business name, telephone number, service interest, project timeline, budget category and message.

How information is used

We use enquiry details to answer requests, assess business needs, follow up on projects, maintain correspondence and help prevent spam or misuse. We do not sell enquiry information.

Form processing and hosting

Our website is hosted using Netlify, and the contact form is intended to be processed by Netlify Forms. Netlify and the configured business email provider may process submission data to deliver and store enquiries. Platform logs and technical information may be processed for site security, operation and diagnostics.

Cookies and analytics

We do not currently embed third-party advertising trackers or analytics scripts in this website package. Hosting infrastructure may use necessary technical data for operations and security.

Retention and security

We retain enquiry records as needed to respond and manage relevant business correspondence, then delete them when no longer necessary, subject to applicable obligations. Access is limited to people who need the information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You can ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to legal and operational needs. Contact support@shargenie.com to make a request.
